The Flathead Reunion is an event hosted by the Early Times Chapter.  The event is open to members and non-members with flathead era Pontiacs, Oaklands, and GMCs.

Wednesday    September 8, 2010
    Wine and cheese “Meet & Greet” reception with Honora Wine Tasting    7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Thursday     September 9, 2010
     ETC Chapter Meeting followed by the Tech Seminar, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.   Held at the Matterhorn Inn
     Ladies’ Tour, 8:45 a.m. - 5 p.m.   We are going to Bennington, Vermont -  Our first stop will be The Shops    
      at  Camelot Village.    We’ve made arrangements for a vintage clothing seminar in the Antique Center.    
       Lunch will be in Bennington and we will leave Bennington at 2:15 - 2:30.  On our way back to the Inn
      we will stop in  Wilmington, Vermont for additional shopping opportunities.      
       Thursday evening - no group dinner is planned.
     
Friday     September 10, 2010
      Driving Tour    9 a.m. - ???    We have a great route through the mountains and we’ll be crossing into
       Massachusetts.   Various stops will be made along the way.  Our final destination will be Hemmings
      Publishing in Bennington, VT.    We will have the opportunity to tour their facility including the car
       collection.     Ladies, if anyone would like to do some extra shopping in downtown Bennington,
       arrangements can be made to take us downtown after touring Hemmings.
      Friday evening - no group dinner is planned.  There are many options in Bennington for dinner.
      
Saturday    September 11, 2010
      Show & Shine, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.    In the parking lot of the Matterhorn Inn
      Cocktails  6 p.m.  Buffet Dinner 7 p.m.    Polish - American Buffet at the Matterhorn Inn.  
       The Buffet will include: Prime rib, roast pork, a fish entrée, a chicken entrée, potato & rice sides, 2 soups,  
        Hunter’s stew, pierogies, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa & kraut.  Pies and angel wings for dessert.   

*Trailer Parking - trailers will be parked in an area behind the Matterhorn Inn or in a lot next to the Inn.

Please contact Paul if you have plans to come to Vermont early or stay after the event.   The Matterhorn Inn is offering a special rate for rooms before or after the event.  We would need to co-ordinate with them on the room assignments.     There are many other inns, B & B’s and motels in the area.

Arnold & Lois Landvoigt have been in the area twice and have good suggestions for places to see.
